§ Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.

§ Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

§ Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram Strip.

§ Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.

§ Make reservations for guests and create and communicate their itineraries.

§ Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

§ One year working experience is preferred.

§ Basic Education completed is preferred.

§ Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.

§ Must present a well-groomed appearance.

§ Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.

§ Fluent in English is encouraged.

§ Require 1m60 above for Female and 1m70 above for Male

§ Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.

§ Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.

§ Solid knowledge of the area and local attractions, events, restaurants and tourist activities preferred.
